Taizhou East Asia Investment Casting Technology Co., Ltd. is a high-tech, specialized & sophisticated, innovative SME located in Linhai, Zhejiang. With nearly 30 years of experience in investment casting, we mainly adopt silica sol investment casting process, together with water glass and composite casting processes.We integrate product development, mold making, melting & casting, heat treatment, machining (in-house machining workshop), and a full range of advanced testing facilities, delivering one-stop services from investment casting blanks to finished products.
Our annual capacity reaches 3,000 tons of castings.We are capable of producing over 60 grades of materials, including carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, super austenitic stainless steel (904L / 1.4539), pure iron for electrical application, heat-resistant steel and so on. We are good at complex, thin-wall and high corrosion-resistant precision castings.
Our products serve automotive, motorcycle, valve, chemical pump, engineering machinery, marine, pneumatic tool and sewing machine industries. We are a qualified supplier for the automotive industrial chain of BYD, SAIC, SGMW, JMC, Xiaomi Auto, Geely and other auto brands. We supply both domestic customers and overseas markets including Europe, America and Japan. And we have obtained IATF16949 certificate. We hold 5 invention patents and more than 20 utility model patents. Our lab can complete mechanical testing, chemical analysis and NDT inspection. We can supply coupon test bars, heat treatment, NDT and PPAP documents to meet strict quality requirements of automotive customers.
We focus on stable process control and have rich experience in difficult castings such as special stainless steel and alloy steel. We accept custom orders by drawings or samples and provide professional precision casting solutions.
